Moisture Meter

Has anyone got suggestion for moisture meter tha works good for under $100?

If you accept the theory that something is better than nothing, for the money you could try this one from HF. Mine isn't under $100, but you could check retailers that sell Delmhorst meters. Or check Ebay or CL.

You can also cut a piece off your wood, weigh it, then dry it in an oven until it stops decreasing in weight. Then you will know precisely how much moisture there was in your sample.
