HARBOR FREIGHT, Well I must say this place is the first place I go when the need comes to purchase tools. I feel as though I'm 70 years old and have worked with tools most of my adult life I am smart enough to recognize junk and not buy it and Harbor Freight does fit the junk category SOME OF THE TIME but quite often not! So I would say to you if you can't judge for your self and it's cheap enough, what the heck give it a shot. I was very skeptical when I bought my "DRILL MASTER" 18v DRILLw/KEY LESS CHUCK AND I CAN'T KILL THE THING!! I've had it for about 3 years or so and for 17+ dollars I'm as happy as if I had bought a Dewalt or any other expensive one! I use this drill just about everyday without fear of it quitting. The charger that comes with it caused me to kill one of the batteries of 2 that I had bought extra with it because I forgot and left it charge over night,MY OWN FAULT, THEY COME WITH A WARNING!
